Expert Council

The Expert Council is an advisory body of Ukrgasvydobuvannya, which includes 11 leading domestic scientists and practitioners in the fields of geological exploration and hydrocarbon production.


 

Oleksandr O. AKULSHIN

Deputy General Director for Research of the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Institute, member and expert of the Central Commission on the development of oil and gas fields of Ukraine, and an expert of the State Reserves Committee of Ukraine.

Vitaly G. VITRYK

Academician of the petroleum industry, an experienced drilling expert, an author of numerous scientific publications, and a holder of patents in well drilling.

Mykola I. YEVDOSHCHUK

Professor, Honoured Worker of Science and Technology with extensive experience in senior positions of state, scientific, and commercial structures. Expert in the shelf hydrocarbons exploration.

Bohdan O. KLYUK

Expert of the oil and gas industry with experience in the management of large gas companies in Ukraine and the relevant ministry.

Oleksandr R. KONDRAT

Head of the Oil and Gas Production Faculty, Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor. Expert of the SCR and the Central Committee on the development of oil and gas fields. Specialises in increasing hydrocarbon production from mature oil and gas fields, research, and stimulation of oil and gas wells with various methods in the presence of complicating factors.

 


 

Yuriy Z. KRUPSKY

An outstanding scientist who participated in the discovery of over 30 oil and gas fields. Academician of the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Academy. Professor of the Department of Environmental and Engineering Geology and Hydrogeology of I. Franko Lviv National University. His research interests include hydrocarbon deposits in the western region of Ukraine.

Serhiy S. KUROVETS

Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.

Oleksandr Yu. LUKIN

Professor, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, academician, and a member of the Presidium of the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Academy. His research proved the prospects for oil and gas potential of the deep horizons of the Dnieper-Donets Basin, and contributed to the development of a methodology for direct oil and gas exploration.

Director for Geologic and Mineralogical Sciences, Professor, corresponding member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, academician, and a member of the Presidium of the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Academy.

 


 

 

Ilya I. RYBCHICH

Scientist and inventor in the field of subsoil use. Developer of Ukrainian scientific terminology in the field of chemical treatment of gas and gas condensate. Ideologists of exploration work on the Black Sea shelf, where commercial gas production started.

 

 


 

 

Yuri L. FESENKO

Ex-head of Shebelynkagasvydobuvannya gas production department. He spent 46 years working for Ukrgasvydobuvannya, 35 of them in Shebelynka. Recognised as an Honoured Worker of industry of Ukraine for a unique catalytic reforming unit not only for Ukraine, but for the entire post-Soviet space.

Head of the Department of oil, gas, and condensate production of NTU KHPI and the Department of Geology of Karazin KHNU,  V. N. the winner of the State Award in science and technology, academician of the UNGA.

Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Associate of Geological and Mineralogical Sciences, senior researcher in the development of oil and gas fields.
