STAFFING POLICY

JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya (UGV) is a major company specializing in natural gas and gas condensate production, the biggest taxpayer in the industry and among the most influential employers in Ukraine. Almost 21,000 people are employed at the enterprises which comprise the company.

Since 26 June 2015, when Oleh Prokhorenko took charge of the company, one of the main strategic tasks of the new management was to transform JSC UkrGasVydobuvannya into a transparent and profitable company in accordance with the best international management practices.

The staffing policy of the company has already been upgraded; a new HR strategy is being developed which will make it possible to build a transparent and motivated staffing policy aimed at recruiting the best qualified specialists, contributing as much as possible to the professional and career development of employees, enabling self-fulfilment, enhancing organizational performance, selecting employees under transparent and competitive conditions, changing management practices, improving engagement and motivation level of the employees, creating comfortable working conditions and guaranteeing a good salary and social security.
